Kindle (Social DRM and PDF Only)

Kindle does not support Adobe DRM (Our industry-leading encryption technology). However, Kindle is capable of viewing PDF files and mobi files without encryption (please note Kindle does not support ePub files).

This includes EditionLink and EditionMark. EditionLink is a standard Link Delivery Service used to generate a download link to a PDF without protections. EditionMark will deliver a Kindle compatible PDF to your user with watermarks of their personal information stamped throughout the book.

Both of these methods are Kindle-friendly. However, if you are looking to encrypt your books with enterprise-grade technology, you'll need to use our Adobe DRM option which utilizes Adobe Digital Editions (comes free with EditionGuard)
