If you need to make changes to the file or settings of a book, you can do so easily without changing the resource ID. This feature is handy for situations where business needs have changed or if errors in the text need to be corrected.
Here's how to update a book in EditionGuard:

Log in to your EditionGuard account and navigate the "Books" page.

Select the text that needs to be updated by clicking on its title.

Click the "Edit" button next to the book title you selected.

Could you make the necessary changes to the book file or DRM settings? You can upload a new file, modify existing locations, or do both.

Once you have made all the necessary changes, click the "Update Details" button to save your changes.
So that you know, the changes you make will only be reflected in future downloads and fulfillments of the book. End users who have already fulfilled the book will still see the old version. They must fulfill the book again to ensure they have the updated version.
