This error usually occurs during download, generally caused by a download link that refers to an eBook or distributor that no longer exists. If you generated a download link for an eBook and then deleted it from our system, this would likely cause this issue. Another probable reason would be if your subscription was suspended and your Adobe DRM distributor account became inactive.
