Did you/your user get this error message after trying to authorize Adobe Digital Editions? If not, you need an Adobe Account ID; open the ADE App and confirm it with the Adobe ID.
If you already have an existing Adobe ID, we would like to encourage you to use it instead of signing up for a new one.
