When my account expires or is canceled, do my customers get to keep their books and does the DRM protection stay with it?

Your users will always be able to access the eBooks they have downloaded, even if your account expires. The protection on the eBooks will remain intact, and your users will be able to continue reading them without any issues. However, you will not be able to facilitate new downloads once your account has expired.
